What I Offer

  • 1:1 Coaching

    For leaders going through an organisational change who are seeking a personalised one-on-one coaching experience, inclusive of a tailored strengths assessment. We would work together to convert the strengths assessments into positive achievable outcomes and time bound goals. I have a particular interest in supporting female founders to achieve and deliver on their start-up dreams, goals and aspirations.

  • Team Coaching

    Coaching programs for teams going through a transformational change in the company or within their team. Tailored to your organisational needs and culture, to support and develop optimal performance.

  • Consulting

    Providing help and support for you and your team from strategy development to implementation planning to equipping you with the knowledge and tools to overcome organisational changes.

My approach is grounded in my core belief that objectivity through experience delivers results.

My coaching and consulting work includes:

  • Supporting individuals and teams to realise their strengths by developing self-awareness, improving goal attainment, increasing engagement and wellbeing, enhancing and reaching peak performance.

    I can also help inform personal development and career choices, build resilience, decrease stress and prevent burnout.

  • Understanding if the mechanics, such as your targets, operational processes, skills, are adequately set up and well understood to support the team. I will help articulate the desired team culture and behaviour, including team dynamics, with the goal of improving team interactions when under stress.

  • Understanding areas where you would gain the most value through change, identifying who you’ll need in your network to gain momentum, and improving your ability to pivot so that you can exploit opportunities.

    Defining your process to manage the change by leveraging your organisation’s culture to drive successful change.
